The first month is due at checkout. Every plan can be canceled with 30 days’ notice, after the 6-month commitment where one applies. We plan, write, and build
Your Express Website launches within 10 business days after completed kickoff materials. Hosting is included.
Fit + terms
Choose Express Website if the website is missing, dated, or keeps getting pushed aside. Choose standalone Voice if the website is handled but after-hours or overflow calls need coverage. Choose The Front Door if you need both.
Checkout happens first. The 10-business-day website clock starts after Summit Echo receives your completed kickoff materials. The website launch timeline does not create a launch promise for standalone Voice.
Express Website has a 6-month commitment, then continues month to month. Standalone Voice is month to month from the start. The Front Door has a 6-month commitment covering the website and Voice, then continues month to month.
All plans require 30 days’ written notice, given by requesting cancellation in your client portal. For Express Website and The Front Door, cancellation becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month commitment or 30 days after notice. Service stays live and billing continues through that date.
Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.
Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
Planning, writing, professional design, core pages, service-area content scoped at kickoff, lead capture, hosting, basic content updates, and a simple monthly view of website traffic and contact activity. There is no setup fee.
It is listed with The Front Door bundle, along with booking handoff. The standalone Voice plan covers 24/7 call handling, qualification, booking support, and human escalation; do not assume the bundle extras are included.
