What an HVAC website from Summit Echo includes

HVAC demand comes in two waves, and your website has to work in both: the no-cool call on the first ninety-degree day and the furnace quote in October. We plan the pages around repair, replacement, and maintenance so each kind of customer lands on the right one.

Where the page has to work

Every page below is written for the moment a customer types the search and lands on your site.

AC repair and no-cool service

What you check first, how fast you can get there, and what a homeowner can do before you arrive. The page that has to work in July.

Furnace and heat pump repair

No heat, short cycling, strange noises. The winter mirror of the AC page, written for the calls you get in January.

System replacement and installation

Repair-or-replace guidance, efficiency ratings in plain English, financing if you offer it. Higher-ticket work deserves its own page.

Maintenance plans

Spring and fall tune-ups, what is included, and why a plan customer gets priority scheduling. Written to explain the plan clearly and make signing up simple.

Indoor air quality and ductwork

Filters, humidifiers, duct cleaning and sealing. Optional pages for the add-ons you actually sell.

Service-area pages

One page for each town you run trucks to, scoped at kickoff, so a search from that town finds a page that names it.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

Who this is for

For HVAC companies whose website keeps getting pushed aside.

You run an HVAC company that is slammed in July and January and quiet in between, and the website does nothing to smooth that out.

Summit Echo builds HVAC websites that separate repair from replacement from maintenance, so each customer lands on the page written for them.

The Bottleneck

Why most HVAC websites go quiet between seasons

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A homeowner with no AC and a homeowner pricing a heat pump land on the same vague page and neither finds an answer.

The website never gets your attention

Between service calls and installs, nobody has time to write about maintenance plans or add the new town.

Customers lose confidence

The company that shows up first in July should be the one that does the best work, not the one with the biggest ad budget.

Search behaviour

How customers look for an HVAC company

Emergency HVAC searches look like plumbing searches: fast, on a phone, and local. "AC repair near me," "furnace not working," "HVAC [town]." Replacement searches are different. A homeowner facing a $9,000 decision reads more, compares more, and looks for signs you are licensed, established, and not going to disappear after the install.

One page cannot serve both. That is why an Express HVAC website separates repair from replacement from maintenance, and why each page carries the specifics Google and AI assistants use to match a search: the brands you service, the towns you cover, the questions you answer on every call. Vague copy about comfort and trust does not match anything.

We write the pages from your kickoff answers and your real reviews. You tell us what you want more of, whether that is maintenance plans or heat pump installs, and the site leans that way.

Customers now ask in more than one place. Your site is written and structured so every one of them can read it.

Questions before you buy? Talk to us first.

A brochure site versus a site built to book service

The difference between an HVAC site that produces calls and one that does not is rarely design. It is whether the page a customer lands on answers their season’s question.

Brochure or template site

  • One "Services" page that tries to sell a $200 repair and a $12,000 install at once
  • No maintenance plan page, so recurring revenue depends on the tech mentioning it
  • Town names missing, so a no-cool search from the next town finds a competitor

With an Express Website

  • Separate pages for repair, replacement, and maintenance, each written for its buyer
  • A maintenance plan page that explains the plan and makes enrolling simple
  • Town pages, license, brands, and reviews where the homeowner looks first

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

After-hours HVAC calls, answered and booked

When the first heat wave hits, the phone rings more than the office can answer. The AI Voice Agent takes the calls you route to it, sorts a no-cool emergency from a tune-up request, and books the standard ones into open slots. Sold on its own at $400/month, month to month, or bundled with the website as The Front Door for $550/month.

  • Tuned for seasonal spikes: different routing rules for summer and winter if you want them
  • Separates emergency service from installs and maintenance and captures the right details for each
  • Sends the caller a text confirmation and your team a summary

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your hvac business, handled for you.

HVAC website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can the site push maintenance plans instead of one-off repairs?

Yes. Tell us at kickoff what you want more of and the site leans that way: a maintenance plan page, a plan mention on every repair page, and a form that asks about enrollment. The pages are written for your priorities, not a generic HVAC template.

Do you list the brands we install and service?

If you want them listed, yes. Brand names on the replacement page help match searches like "Carrier dealer [town]." If you would rather stay brand-neutral, we write around it.

We run trucks to twenty towns. Do we get twenty pages?

We scope service-area pages at kickoff around the towns that matter most to your business, and add more as you grow. The goal is useful, specific pages, not a wall of near-identical city pages that Google learns to ignore.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
