What a restaurant website from Summit Echo includes

Restaurant websites are checked on phones, in the car, by someone deciding in the next ninety seconds. The pages below put the menu, the hours, and the way to book or order first, and give Google clean text to work with.

Where the page has to work

Every page below is written for the moment a customer types the search and lands on your site.

Menu

Your full menu as real text with prices, descriptions, and dietary notes. Readable on a phone, readable by Google, and updated as a basic content change.

Hours, location, and parking

Current hours, holiday changes, address, map, and where to park. Matched to your Google Business Profile so the two never disagree.

Reservations and online ordering

Links into the reservation and ordering systems you already use, placed on every page. We do not replace those systems; we make them easy to reach.

Catering and private events

Packages, minimums, and room details, with an inquiry form that captures date, headcount, and budget.

About and story

Who runs the kitchen, what the place is about, and the photos that make someone want to come in.

Specials, events, and seasonal pages

Brunch, happy hour, live music, holiday menus. Short pages we add and retire as the calendar moves.

Hosting, forms, and basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Pages are scoped at kickoff around the services and towns that matter to your business. See the full Express plan.

Who this is for

For restaurants whose website keeps getting pushed aside.

You run a restaurant where the website was set up once, probably by a vendor who also sold you a POS, and it has not kept up with the menu, the hours, or the way people find you now.

Summit Echo builds restaurant websites around the three things a guest checks before they come in: the menu, the hours, and how to book or order.

The Bottleneck

Why most restaurant websites cost you covers

Customers can’t tell what you do or where

A guest searching "restaurants near me" opens your site on a phone, cannot find tonight's hours or a readable menu, and picks the place that shows both.

The website never gets your attention

Service, staffing, and ordering take every hour. The website is the last thing anyone updates.

Customers lose confidence

A restaurant that cares about the plate should not be judged online by a menu PDF from two years ago.

Search behaviour

How guests look for a restaurant

Most restaurant searches are "near me" and answered by the Google map results, which pull from your Google Business Profile and from your website. When the two disagree on hours or the menu, Google trusts neither. A website with current, text-based hours and menu items backs up the profile and gives Google something to quote.

The second kind of search is specific: "brunch [town]," "private dining room [town]," "catering [town]." Those need their own pages. A restaurant site that is one long homepage cannot match them; a site with a brunch page, an events page, and a catering page can.

We write those pages from your kickoff answers and your menu. The site links into your reservation and ordering tools rather than replacing them, so nothing about how you take bookings has to change.

Google, Maps, and AI answers

Customers now ask in more than one place. Your site is written and structured so every one of them can read it.

A PDF menu and a phone number versus a site that seats people

A guest deciding between two places picks the one that answers "what do they serve, are they open, can I get in" fastest.

Vendor template or no site

  • A PDF menu that cannot be read on a phone or by Google
  • Hours that are wrong on the site, wrong on Google, or missing
  • No clear path to reserve, order, or ask about catering

With an Express Website

  • A real menu page with current items, prices, and dietary notes
  • Hours and location that match your Google Business Profile
  • Reservation, ordering, catering, and event pages, each with its own path

Optional · AI Voice Agent · $400/month

Reservation and catering calls, answered during the rush

The phone rings hardest when the floor is fullest. The AI Voice Agent answers the calls you route to it, takes reservation requests and catering inquiries, answers hours and menu questions, and passes anything unusual to a person. $400/month on its own, month to month, or $550/month with the website as The Front Door.

  • Answers hours, location, and menu questions without pulling staff off the floor
  • Captures reservation and catering requests with date, party size, and contact
  • Escalates to a person by rules you set at kickoff

Website first, calls when you want them

Express stands alone at $200/month. Voice is sold on its own, month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The Front Door bundles both for $550/month.

A professional website for your restaurant business, handled for you.

Start with an Express Website at $200/mo. It launches within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Add the Voice Agent whenever you want after-hours calls covered.

Restaurant website questions

Updated September 2026 · Markdown version

Can you build the menu so I can change prices myself?

Menu changes are a basic content update, included on the plan: send the change through your client portal and we make it. If you would rather edit directly, tell us at kickoff and we can plan for that.

We use Toast / Resy / OpenTable. Does the site replace that?

No. The site links into the ordering and reservation systems you already use and puts those links where guests look. Nothing about how you take orders or bookings changes.

Do you handle our Google Business Profile too?

The website is built to match it: same hours, same address, same menu items. Keeping the profile itself updated is your team's job, and we will tell you at kickoff which fields matter most.

How fast will the site be live?

Within 10 business days after we receive your completed kickoff materials. Checkout comes first and does not start the clock; the kickoff form does. Most owners finish kickoff in an evening.

What if my services or towns change?

Basic content updates are included while you are on the plan. Send the change through your client portal and we make it. Adding a new service page or a new town page is a normal request, not a change order.

Do I own the website?

Express is a managed website subscription, not a one-time website purchase. You own your domain, trademarks, logo, customer data, and the original materials you give us. Summit Echo owns the assembled website, design, copy we write, code, templates, hosting setup, and search and AI optimization work, and licenses it to you while your subscription is active.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes 30 days’ written notice, given in your client portal, and becomes effective on the later of the end of the initial 6-month term or 30 days after notice. Your site stays live and billing continues through that date; after it, the site is unpublished. We do not export, package, or migrate the site, its design files, or code. Your domain is released or transferred to you, and you can download available customer data through your existing tools before service ends. We keep a backup for 60 days in case you want to reactivate, then delete it permanently.
